You Can Actually Have a Pony (Or Unicorn!) At Your Child’s Birthday Party With Mobile Pony Parties

My daughter just had the most adorable birthday party, ever.

I contacted a company located just outside of Sherwood Park that brings live ponies to your child’s birthday party! If that wasn’t awesome enough, they asked me if I wanted them to put headbands on the ponies to make them look like unicorns – as if that was even a question!

The kids taking turns riding the ponies around our crescent brought neighbours outside to take pictures. The unicorn horns and colorful tails were the perfect touch, and the kids were able to groom them afterward. Don’t even get me started on how hard it was to get my 3 year old to come inside and say goodbye to them, even though she was freezing!

It can get a bit chilly with the pony rides outside the entire time, so they also bring mystery animals for indoor play – not only did they bring bunnies, but they were the cutest and fluffiest bunny family I have ever seen.

If you think this is a kind of party just for girls, think again. My nephew was out there with them until the very end, and the owners said that most party hosts are pleasantly surprised at how much the boys really take to the overall theme as well.

Personal note: The family owned business was quick to reply to messages and to accommodate, was very clear with everything that would go on, showed up right on time, were very kind, and the animals were all very tame and great with the kids.

Prices for the entire party were very reasonable. One pony (for up to 6 kids) is $200, and the package included the bunnies as well, (or a mystery animal!). Two ponies was a total of $250+ GST for up to 12 kids – and this is a full hour of animal entertainment. Within Edmonton or Sherwood Park, there is no travel fees added! Definitely worth every penny.
