Tips For Bringing the Kids:

  • Bring snacks & water bottles – on warm days it can get very hot. There is a concession but does not have an extensive menu to choose from
  • Dress for the weather – everything is outdoors!
  • If you are planning to come on a hot day, aim to be there earlier in the morning
  • Wear comfy shoes. The walking paths are beautiful but long
  • The facility is stroller friendly! Bring strollers or wagons if your little ones aren’t up for a long walk, or just for carrying everyone’s belongings
  • Sunscreen – on hot days there is not a lot of shade. Sunglasses are a great idea as well!
  • Insect repellent – this is a real forest and wetland area and there are bugs here and there.
  • Something to take pictures with – you’re going to want to capture adorable moments with your little ones and real dinosaurs!

Prices and hours updated for Summer of 2023.
