Have you taken the kids to Millennium Place in Sherwood Park yet? This weekend is the perfect time to try it out, as they’re opening the facility to everyone for free.
While the facility is installing new software, they will be unable to process payments – so admission to all Strathcona County recreation facilities will be free.
When: Saturday, February 1 & Sunday, February 2
Where: All Strathcona County recreation centres including Millennium Place (2000 Premier Way, Sherwood Park)
Millennium Place is one of our favorite places to go play. The facility has swimming, a play area, skating, gymnasium for free play, rec room, cafe, upstairs work out facility and more.
Swimming & Playground schedule will be as follows to ensure a clean and safe environment for all:
Feb 1 & 2 recreational swim times:
- 9 am to noon
- 1 pm to 3 pm
- 4 pm to 6 pm
- 7 pm to 9 pm
*Lineups will begin 30 minutes before the start time listed.
Feb 1 and 2 Edu-tainment Centre open:
- 9 am to 11:30 am
- 12 pm to 2:30 pm
- 3 pm to 5:30 pm
- 6 pm to 9 pm
