Dr Hinshaw Just Gave the OK for Indoor Play Places to Re-Open in Alberta

Great news just in time for the cold weather months! Alberta’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr Deena Hinshaw has given the OK for play places to open back up in our province.

Hinshaw’s Tweet on September 23, 2020 reads: “Play is important to the healthy development of a child, but as it gets colder, opportunities can be harder to come by. Effective today, indoor children’s play areas can operate, providing they follow specific public health guidance…”

Note that indoor play spaces will most likely require booking a time slot, so be sure to visit their social pages or give them a call to clarify before heading in!

Which play place have your kiddos missed the most??
