Disney Plus is set to launch in Canada on November 12, 2019:
Disney Plus is Disney’s new giant streaming service and will be officially coming to Canada this November. Subscribers will be able to view a variety of the company’s brands such as:
- Disney
- Pixar
- Marvel
- Star Wars
- National Geographic
The streaming service works on TVs, phones, laptops, tablets, and gaming consoles.
Cost: $8.99/month or $89.99/year
At the time of launch, customers will be able to subscribe to Disney Plus directly or through in-app purchases on:
- Apple devices
- Google/Android and Chromecast devices
- Microsoft XBox One
- Sony PlayStation 4 & All Sony/Android based TVs
- Roku streaming players & Roku TV
