Green Shack programs are back! The free City of Edmonton programs run at various parks throughout the Summer and are set to start up again this July.

What the Green Shacks offer:
Program leaders host games and make sure the kids that want to participate are having fun! Activities include group games, sports, crafts, music, drama and special events.
Green shacks will run Monday to Friday at various playgrounds throughout the city, within the hours of 10:30 am to 5:30 pm. To find out which parks you can find them with times, visit the City of Edmonton website here.
Good to know:
- All Green Shack leaders have completed a security clearance process, are trained in first aid, and are certified specialists in fun!
- They ensure participants play safely but parents are responsible for their children at all times and must be available in the event of an emergency
- Programming is still available on rainy/snowy days, but may be cancelled during severe weather
