Build-A-Bear is hosting their first ever “Pay Your Age Day” which means customers only have to pay what their age is for a new furry companion!
Our Build a Bear in Edmonton is located in West Edmonton Mall, and you can guarantee there will be a line to get in. A long one. So come early, bring snacks.
If you have ever been to the Build-A-Bear store, you know that the bill can get pretty high pretty quickly. However, on Thursday, July 12, you only have to pay your age for an animal. Two year olds pay $2, 7 year olds pay $7, etc etc. The catch? You need to be a Bonus Club Member. Don’t worry, it’s free. Kids under 18 need to be with a club member to get the deal. You can sign up online here.
No rain checks on the deal, and it is valid for in-store styles only. It includes their popular licensed themed animals, including their new Jurassic dinosaurs! Adults can get in on the fun, too. The price maxes out at 29, so if you are older that that, the maximum you will pay is $29. Babies can come in too, but the minimum charge will be $1, even if they are under the age of 1.
The accessories will be available at regular prices, so you can get your toy a cute t-shirt, shoes, or something else a teddy bear doesn’t need, but is adorable.
If you don’t want to be in the crowded store for an extended period of time (yes, expect it to be packed), you can purchase an unstuffed animal at the deal price and come back on another day to have it stuffed, etc and enjoy the building experience when it is less busy.
