Looking for something fun and exciting to keep your body moving? Velocity Complex is new to Edmonton and offers a variety of classes for everyone – beginner to elite, ages 2 to adult – there is something for everyone.
You can start at any age, and Velocity even offers a FREE trial class! Class sizes are small and they combine dance skills with acrobatics from gymnastics in a non-competitive environment where students develop strength, confidence, focus and flexibility.

Parent and Tot Creative Movement Class
- For tots aged 18-35 months
- 5 week session
- Sundays 10-10:45am or Thursdays 3:15-4pm
- Starts Nov 14 & 18 and respectively
- Cost is $80 for the 5 classes; Gift with registration
- For 3-5 year olds
- Unparented 5 week sessions
- Sundays from 11 am to Noon or Wednesdays 1 pm to 2 pm
- Starting Nov 14 and 17 respectively
- Cost $95 for 5 the week session; Gift with registration
- For 5-8 year olds with some experience in dance or gymnastics
- 90 minute classes Tuesdays or Thursdays from 4:30 pm to 6 pm

- Tuition is $80 per month
- For 6 to 10 year olds
- 60 minute classes with 30 minutes of ballet
- Thursday 6 to 7pm (7-7:30 ballet) or Saturdays 11-12 (ballet 12-12:30)

- Tuition is $60 per month for 60 minute class; additional $20/month for ballet add on
- An innovative new way for older teens and adults to stay active
- Focuses on components of strength, flexibility and conditioning, utilizing a fusion of acrobatic dance and fitness techniques, also working on hand balancing weekly.
- No experience required!
- Tuesdays 7:30-8:30pm (6 week session) or Thursdays 7:30-8:30pm with optional adult ballet add on from 8:30-9pm
- Drop in rate $20 for AcroFIT and additional $15 for ballet
