Rent a private sport facility with your family! Soccer nets and soccer balls provided upon request. It’s the perfect way to let the kids burn off energy!

- Weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm – $15/hour
- Weeknights & weekends – $30/hour
Go Tubing
Tubing time slots sell out quick at Sunridge and the Edmonton Ski Club, but keep checking for open dates for more bookings (weather dependent) – extra times should be available around Mid March. More info
Have your own tube or want to go tobogganing?
Find a hill:
- The city of Edmonton’s tobogganing hills can be found here on their website
- Find a hidden gem closer to home: join a parenting or community group on Facebook and ask locals about awesome hills in your specific area
Ie: North Side Hub, Edmonton Moms Community Group, Edmonton South Moms Group, Northwest Edmonton Community Group, etc
Pond skate for FREE at Prairie Gardens
When: Now until Spring set in March; weekends from Noon to 6 pm
Where: Prairie Gardens – 56311 Lily Lake Road, Bon Accord; 25 Km north of Edmonton
You need to make a reservation in advance.
Head to the Driving Range
Canada Golf Card Driving Range is open for the season! Family friendly. Be sure to call ahead to book a time.

When: Open weekends 11 am to 5 pm
Date Night Under the Stars
Adults only: The Botanic gardens are offering the perfect date night – dine, take a stroll and have fun on the ice slide made just for adults!
When: Now until March 28, 2021
Where: University of Alberta Botanic Garden – Parkland County, Alberta, 5 KM north of Devon on Hwy 60
Attention Campers: Alberta Parks camping reservations are now open for bookings!
