Family Nature Nights by Nature Alberta

This is a weekly program hosted by Nature Alberta that runs through the summer. This week, learn about our amazing forests! You will learn all about deer with MacEwan University where you can join on a guided tree planting with root for trees.

Harvest Festival at Reynolds Alberta Museum

Everything from tractor rides, bread making, a family fun zone with carnival games, food trucks, music, and petting zoo, to learning how threshing machines work, how to harvest a crop and the Reynolds Museum itself is worth a trip. Fun for all ages!

When: August 31 & September 1,2024

Where: Reynolds Museum 6426 – 40 Ave Wetaskiwin, Alberta

Cost: Kids under 7 Free! Youth, Senior and adult admission $9.00-$15.00 and offers a family rate

The Big Bounce Canada!

The worlds largest inflatable theme park, they offer adult only sections, but this is suitable for ALL ages! This event is going to be so much fun for the whole family. One ticket is three hours of fun!

When: August 31st-September 15th, 2024

Where: Location: RAD Torque Raceway, 50342 Range Rd 253, Edmonton International Airport

Cost: Toddler to adult tickets range from $30-$52 per person for 3-hour time slots.

Symphony in the Square, Disney in concert!

Join on August 30 & 31 in Churchill Square for a magical journey into storytelling and music as only the timeless tales of Disney can evoke. Brought to life by the talents of four Broadway calibre singers, the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra, and featuring high resolution Animated Feature Film sequences, Disney in Concert Once Upon a Time explores iconic moments, plot twists and feats of daring heroics from Encanto, Frozen, Beauty and the Beast, Cinderella, The Little Mermaid, Tangled, The Lion King, and many more.

Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure a good spot. The performance will begin at 7 PM and last approximately two hours, including an intermission.

This annual BBQ is put on by Edmonton & District Labour Council to celebrate the contributions of all hard-working families that build our city and strengthen our community.
