How it works:
Central Point Pharmacy works like any other pharmacy – except they deliver to your home, office or anywhere else someone can sign for you – for free. You can even have over the counter medications included in the free delivery and save your family the extra errands. You can pay online, there is an on-site prescribing Pharmacist, and you can text, video call or “live chat” on the website with a real Pharmacist if you have questions or would like a consultation.
Good to know:
- There are no extra charges or hidden fees for the delivery service
- Same day delivery is anywhere within metro Edmonton – which includes Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Beaumont and Spruce Grove
- You’re given a 2 hour delivery window which has GPS tracking
- Evening and weekend deliveries are available
- Central Point Pharmacy can direct bill to insurance companies
Transferring Your Prescriptions:
- Visit the Central Point Pharmacy website and click “Get Started” at the top of the page
- Fill out the new customer form
- Central Point Pharmacy transfers your refills and can renew prescriptions
- New prescription? Just have your doctor’s office fax it over – 780-250-2617
Another awesome perk – some prescriptions are available with custom locking vials – which means if someone does not have the code, they cannot open your medication. This is an amazing feature for parents and is completely free of charge. You can even opt to receive text messages when it is almost time for a refill.
