The Festival of Trees has over 100 gorgeously decorated Christmas trees and has fun things to do for the whole family – including a secret shop in the Children’s Christmas Lane. The entire event is really something to see with the family – plus it’s a fund raising event for the University Hospital Foundation.

Browse through over beautifully decorated trees and displays, check out the specially crafted gingerbread houses and cakes, listen to live music, explore the Christmas market, buy home baked goods,
Free activities
- Play doctor in the simulated hospital room
- North Pole post office – write a letter to Santa and send it out to him right from the festival!
- Santa’s Den – take photos with Santa Claus
- Story Nook – listen to classic stories like How the Grinch Stole Christmas and The Night Before Christmas read by festival volunteers
Paid Activities
Purchase coupons on the app or in person to redeem at the festival for the paid activities:
- Make & take holiday keepsakes – coloring bags or decorative ornament: 3 coupons
- Hockey shoot: shoot three pucks into the net for your chance to win a prize: 2 coupons
- Ice N’ Eat: Decorate and eat your own gingerbread cookie: 2 coupons
- Festive Tattoos – get one put on at the festival and take one home: 1 coupon
- Snowball Toss: toss a snowball at a Christmas tree or at a silver bell and win a prize: 2 coupons
Do not miss the Secret Shop!
Let the kids become a real Christmas shopper in the “Secret Shop” – They are going to love the child-sized door made just for them. Santa’s helpers are inside to greet and help the little shoppers while they find presents for their family and friends in the “children only” store. No item is over $5!

Family Night:
Adult and youth get in at regular admission cost and children under 12 get in for free on family night! Enjoy family entertainment including a scavenger hunt in the Winter Wonderland starting at 5:30 pm.

Santa’s Breakfast:
Enjoy a pancake breakfast with Santa! Gifts for each child, door prizes and entertainment and crafts.
When: Saturday, December 1 – 8 am to 10 am
Cost: Adult – $20; Child – $10 *includes complimentary admission to the festival
