Take A Kid To The Course is a nationwide junior golf initiative developed by the National Golf Course Owners Association (NGCOA) Canada. The program is designed to introduce kids to the game of golf in a fun and welcoming way—helping families create lasting memories while spending quality time outdoors.
Starting July 7th, 2025, kids under 16 can enjoy a FREE round of golf at hundreds of participating courses across Canada—including many right here in Edmonton and the surrounding area. Most courses offer the free round when kids are accompanied by a paying adult (though rules may vary by location).
