Have you ever taken a parenting course? Yup, it’s a thing. Parenting is HARD and we all have struggles. The Family Centre offers a variety of classes for parents and they can be done from home, online. And I mean, who doesn’t want to make parenting easier?

Classes can be taken as a group or they even offer 1-on-1 individual classes so you have an opportunity to talk to an expert about your specific situation and ask more personal questions.

I personally took the “Positive Parenting Strategies” which is more of a general approach to parenting as opposed to a specific age group and gained a lot of insight into why children act how they do and what we as care givers can do to help our children through tough times and to help ourselves have an easier time in parenting.
