New Hockey Assist Program Helps Cover Hockey Registration Fees + Equipment Cost for Alberta Kids

Great news for families whose kids want to play hockey but cannot afford the high registration and equipment cost: The Edmonton Oilers Community Foundation has teamed up with KidSport to help grow the game of hockey here in Edmonton.

What this means:

Through the Hockey Assist Program, qualified kids will have their FULL registration fees covered and access to NO-COST equipment so that they can play Canada’s favorite game in the 2022-23 season.

Kids in the HAP program will also receive assistance with their hockey equipment from Sport Central and Rosenau Transport will be delivering the hockey equipment to the kids making it that much more accessible.
