Four City of Edmonton indoor pools are set to open back up next week – with new precautions in place, of course.
Indoor Pool Locations Set to Open:
- Clareview Community Recreation Centre
- Jasper Place
- Bonnie Doon Fitness and Leisure Centres
- Kinsmen Sports Centre
Booking:
Registration is now required to book your time slot to swim. Entry is by appointment only. You can book one-on-one lessons, reserve a time slot for open swim, see new pricing and get more info at: edmonton.ca/reccentres
New precautions:
- Number of swimmers in the pool will be limited using an online booking system
- One-way entrance and exits at the pools
- Swimming lanes will only allow one person at a time
- Hot tubs and saunas will remain closed
- Extra cleaning protocols
Note that City of Edmonton memberships have been automatically reactivated. If you want to keep your annual or monthly membership on hold, or cancel it, you have until July 15 to fill out this form:
