Gymnastics is a great way to get the kids moving! Drop-in programs with my kids are my favorite kind, as there is no commitment – come when you want, and try different locations. These are great for keeping preschoolers busy during the week, but a few locations also have family drop-in programs as well.
Preschool Gymnastics Drop-in Classes:
North Edmonton Gymnastics Club
Preschool (6 months to 5 years)
- Kids aged 1-2 – $9 for the first visit; $4 for each visit after
- Kids aged 2 and up – $12 for the first visit; $7 for each visit after
When: Tuesdays & Fridays – 9:30 am to 11:30 am

Salto Gymnastics
Cost: $8 per child/visit, or get a 10-visit pass for $60
When:
- Kids 6 and under: Tuesdays – 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
- Family – all ages: Sundays – 12:30 to 2 pm

Dynamyx Gymnastics
Ages 1 and up. Cost: $7 per child
When: Fridays – 11 am to Noon

Dreams Gymnastics Academy
When:
- Tuesdays & Thursdays – 9:15 am to 10:45 am (ages 1-5) *$2 for members; $5 for non-members*
- Fridays – 7 pm to 9 pm (all ages) *$3 for members; $10 for non-members*

Phoenix Gymnastics Centre
Kids 8 & under must be supervised at all times. Cost: Daytime – $5 per child; Evening – $10 per child

- Monday, Wednesday & Friday – Noon to 1 pm

- Sunday – 7 pm to 8:30 pm

Capital Gym
For kids 6 & under. Cost: $7 per participating person
When: Wednesday & Thursday – 10:30 am Noon

Aerials Gymnastics
Cost: $10 per child
When:
- Thursdays & Fridays – 11 am to 12:30 pm (For kids 5 & under)
- Wednesday – 8 pm to 9:30 pm (Ages 13+)
- Saturdays – 4:30 pm to 6 pm (Family – all ages)
Where: Border Paving Athletic Centre, Spruce Grove
