CBC’s official kids YouTube playlist of Indigenous cultural segments for Truth and Reconciliation Day

CBC Kids has put together a fantastic playlist on their YouTube channel in honor of National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. It includes Indigenous culture segments and several full episodes of Molly of Denali.

“September 30th is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation — at school, kids know it as Orange Shirt Day — this is the first year that Canada will recognize the day as a federal holiday. Learn about Indigenous heritage with CBC Kids’ Janaye and Tony, and watch episodes of Molly of Denali, which is about an Alaska Native girl and her adventures.” – CBC Kids

Learning about and respecting Indigenous culture is so important; plus – check out how cute the Molly of Denali show is:

These are wonderful to introduce to the kids, and you might even find yourself learning something 🙂
