Sustainival: The World’s First Green Carnival is Back in Edmonton June 6-9, 2019

The Sustainival Carnival:

This unique full-scale Carnival is run on green/renewable energy. Besides the food & rides, everything else is free to enjoy, including entrance! You are going to want to check this one out with the kids.

When & Where:

Location: Kingsway Mall Northwest Parking Lot (Queen Elizabeth Avenue & 109 Street, Edmonton)

Dates/Times:

• Thursday, June 6: Noon to 11pm
• Friday, June 7: Noon to 11pm
• Saturday, June 8: Noon to 11pm
• Sunday, June 9: Noon to 6pm

What to Expect:

• Free gate admission
• Rides
• Educational Games
• Carnival food
• FREE Daily Amazing Race-style competition: “Green Beast Eco Challenge”
• Interactive displays of the power of sustainable energy
• Over 45 attractions in total powered by Green Energy

Tips on bringing the kids:

• As always, dress for the weather – this is an outdoor event!
• The entertainment, educational exhibits and Green Beast Eco Challenge are all free!
• Ride passes, food, games and beverages area available for purchase
• Ride tickets can be purchased as all-day passes or individual tickets
• Rides take 3-7 tickets each
• Pregnant women and children under 2 or under 36″ are not permitted on any rides.
• Every rider needs a ticket for each ride, including those that require a parent to ride with their child

Ride all day tickets are good for a whole day of unlimited rides at Sustainival.

• Regular price for all-day ride passes: $45
• All day ride passes purchased by June 2: $30
