Muttart Conservatory: Come Enjoy the Feature Pyramid Themes Before it Closes for Rehabilitation

The Muttart Conservatory is planning an approximate 18-month closure starting on July 2, 2019. It is still in full swing until then! You can the four different pyramids, including an ever-changing feature pyramid.

Things you can always find at the Muttart:

  • The Pyramids: Temperate Pyramid, Arid Pyramid, Tropical Pyramid and the Feature Pyramid
  • Kids Corner: Tuesdays & Fridays from 10:30-11am
  • Easter Hoppenings – Sunday, April 21 from 1-3pm: Easter themed play, crafts and furry friends
  • Late night Thursdays: The Muttart is open to families until 9pm!

  • Garden Wizard with a crystal ball
  • Large red dragon
  • Secret magical mirror
  • Sword in the stone/garden
  • Large fish pond

Upcoming Feature Pyramids:

  • April 13 – June 2, 2019: Monet’s Garden
  • June 8 – July 1, 2019: Mother Earth

Tips for bringing the kids:

  • Hang up your jackets – its hot in most of the pyramids! There is a large space to hang jackets beside the bathrooms
  • Outside food & drink is not allowed in the pyramids, but there are lots of places to sit and eat in the main lobby and in the cafe area
  • Ask about guided tours upon arrival! They run regularly by knowledgeable and energetic staff
  • Bring your camera! So many places to take gorgeous photos
