Make Your Own Emoji
Learn fun ways to create emoji. We’ll show kids how to draw colourful faces and objects. Then they’ll explore using the Procreate app on iPad with Apple Pencil to draw an emoji to take home. Devices will be provided. Recommended for kids ages 8–12.

Light up the night at Sunridge Ski Area
come join us on the hill for an unforgettable evening of extra late skiing and snowboarding the slopes will light up with colorful lights, and you can enjoy the fun with glow sticks, live music by **Landon Bushell & The Pockets**, and a selection of local craft beer from Sea Change Brewing Co. and Shiddy’s Distilling.
The event ticket includes a **lift ticket** valid from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, allowing you to ski, snowboard, enjoy the live music, and have an unforgettable night!
Ticket Sales: Space is limited, and the event will sell out! Be sure to buy your ticket early. First, select the event date (January 10), then choose how many tickets you need.
Hill Closure: The hill will be closed to the public at **5:00 PM** to prepare for the event. All attendees, including season passholders, must purchase a ticket to participate.

Drop in City of Edmonton Play Rangers
Play Rangers program leaders are excited to share an adventure with you that will include fun activities.
Play Rangers focuses on children and family participation, with planned special outdoor recreational activities that can be enjoyed by all. Children (ages 6-12) are welcome to attend on their own.
Winter Play Rangers will run on Saturdays, January 7 to March 25, from noon-6pm at Whitemud Park (13909 Fox Drive NW).

Kids CODE an APP
Code and create as a family with Swift Playground using iPad. Kids will experiment with code and design an app using the About Me playground. They’ll use Swift code to customize their app with fun fonts, background colours, emoji and more. Then you’ll work together to bring their app to life. Recommended for kids ages 10 and up.
